Support the RCS Athletic department while receiving all natural grass-fed beef, forest-fed pork, and free-range eggs throughout the school year! The Roanoke Catholic Athletic Department is excited to partner with Broadview Ranch, a family owned and operated farm in Lexington, VA, to bring you the RCS Community Supported Agriculture Program. The RCS CSA program will provide an avenue for families to buy naturally healthy foods while also supporting sustainable, local farming. In addition, a percentage of all subscription proceeds will be given to the athletic department to further encourage healthy lifestyles. Interested families will choose a “bundle” size to suit their needs and receive the corresponding package monthly. Each package will contain a variety of beef and pork cuts, corresponding recipes, and a farm update. Monthly, a Broadview representative will bring the requested bundles or shares in coolers to the lower school for pick up between 2:30-3:30pm.
